    Once you selected your subscription plan, you had the option in our application to select your personalized coach of choice. We have stronger 100+ Network dieticians around your location. You will be shown the expert in your field. You can select from that list, or you can opt. Allow FITSHIELD to make the best decision for you. Please note that our dietician network is well established and highly qualified, with several years of owning practices to its credit.

  • Can I meet my coach in person to make my diet plan more accurate? Yes, of course!

  • What exactly do you mean when you say "PHYGITAL consultation"?

    PHYGITAL is a two-way combination of physical and digital. As of now, some companies say they’re providing a personalized dietician connection, but they’re only using one digital platform. FITSHIELD is the first ecosystem to enable PHYGITAL consultation. Which enables you to meet dieticians and your coaches in person too. That’s real, personalized coaching!

  • Do I need to pay an additional coaching fee to visit my dietician in person? No, not at all!

    We’ve created an ecosystem for you that includes a totally FREE personalized consultation with your choice of experts from our network. You only need to pay the package's MRP; the rest will be handled by FITSHIELD. Beware!!! There is no need to pay an additional amount for consultation.

  • Do I need to bring my medical report prints with me while I am there?

    FITSHIELD promotes sustainability towards Green Earth, so you do not need to print out your medical reports with you. Don’t worry! Your same medical reports can be viewed only by your dietician through our IT ecosystem. You only need to show your FITSHIELD ID and the rest will be taken care of by experts.

  • Which packages include a PHYSICAL consultation?

    We have enabled this PHYGITAL consultation in subscription packages (14 days, 28 days, and 56 days), except for the 3-day trial package. However, the 3-day trial package also comes with expert consultation on call.
    What is the frequency of in-person meetings with my coach? We've got complimentary FREE packages as below. 14-day subscription: 1 visit 28 days Subscription: 2 visits 56 days Subscription: 4 visits
    However, you can get 24*7 on-call nutritional support from our dietetics department executive. If you want to visit more than what is complimentary, you may upgrade your visit with nominal charges. Contact us at customer care executive for more information.

  • What should I do if I have concerns about my consultation?

    We have a stronger system of feedback mechanisms, and you can easily give specific coaching feedback through our application. However, you can call our customer service line at +91 951-266-2666 in case of an emergency. We’re happy to help you.

  • Can I give my diet plan to my colleague?

    No, never do that! FITSHIELD doesn’t recommend doing such an act before proper consultation with your health coach. Each body's nutritional needs are different.

  • Do I need additional food supplements with FITSHIELD subscription plan?

    Not necessarily. In most cases, you won't need any sort of supplements but in other cases, if required, your nutritionist will guide you about it.

  • How much weight will I lose in a week/month?

    More than 95 % of our customers are happy with their weight loss. However, the amount of weight lost varies from person to person. This depends on a lot of factors such as the nature of the diet, your height, weight, age, gender, metabolism, the duration of the diet etc.

  • Will I be able to maintain my weight after I stop the subscription?

    Eating healthy is a lifestyle choice, and portion control and healthy eating must be maintained even after your subscription expires to maintain healthy body weight.
    However we suggest to stay with us, we’ll take care of you.

  • Will this diet plan meet all my nutrition requirements?

    Our Expert Dietician network will ensure that the meals delivered to you are curated based on your physical and nutritional needs. We will strive to provide the nutrition needs of your body and include meals that will meet the requirements.

  • What if I dislike specific meals?

    Our expert has designed the package in such a way that one can consume a whole meal inside the package itself, However, you can use your container if you wish to do the sample

    Yeah sure, we deliver to your preferred location every day of the week. As we all know, in order to have a positive impact on your overall health and to live a healthy lifestyle, you must eat healthy meals all day, every day.

  • How many Delhivery in a day for a subscription plan?

    4 delivery in a day!!! We ensure complete 4 meals delivery at right time which includes (Breakfast, lunch, Mid-day, Dinner) However, you can opt-out the meals as per your choice too.

  • Can I opt for multiple delivery locations, like my home and office?"

    Yes, we provide complete flexibility in our delivery process. You will have to inform us prior on application .so that we can chart out our logistics accordingly. You do not have to stick to one place to eat your food for sure.

  • Can I know the exact delivery time of the meals?

    Yes, of course!! We’ve best in class IT Ecosystem which enables you to real-time live tracking of your meal delivery.

  • Do you deliver across Surat or is there any distance limitations?

    Yes, we deliver across SURAT city right now, if you’re outside of Surat city, Don’t worry! We will be reaching your city soon

  • What if I want to change my delivery address?

    All requests for a change in delivery address must be made before 7 pm the day before. It’s always advised updating delivery addresses as early as possible in our application.
    The final address will be considered which is mentioned in your profile.

  • What If my meal is not delivered on time?

    We ensure that your meal reach to you at the right time, However in case of traffic or any the unexpected reason it may be delayed.

  • How can I know if my meal is delivered at the right location?

    Our IT ECOSYSTEM and delivery boy ensure it reaches you and they’ll update you in system only after OTP confirmation from you. So, don’t worry!! Sit back, relax, and Trust the process, Enjoy!!!

  • Is there a minimum trial period available?

    Yes, there is a 3 Day Trial period for you to get an understanding of who we are, what we do and how our food tastes.

  • Can I pause my subscription if I am off on work travel or vacation?

    Absolutely yes. You may inform us the previous day before noon for any planned vacation or travel. Your Subscription will be paused and will restart from where you left, off once you are back.

  • Is there a way the subscription can be canceled mid-way?

    Subscription Plans of 28 days and 56 days can be canceled. However, we do consider cancellation on a 14-day basis and charges for 14 days subscription plan will be levied.
    For eg., Case 1: if you have consumed for 12 days on a subscription plan of 28 days, charges for 14 days as appropriate will be levied.
    Case 2: If you have consumed 15 days on a 28-Day subscription plan and wish to cancel, your amount will not be refunded. However, you can always pause the subscription and restart the same as per your preference.

  • Is it compulsory to consume all the meals from you?

    We recommend you follow coach-curated meals as per their guidance and mentorship to achieve your results. Still, you are the boss of your body. Your preference matters.

  • Can I pause and resume the subscription at any number of times?

    Absolutely!!! Make sure you inform us in prior. Last minute partying may not work well with us 😊 Call us for more details.
