Bryan Ageara completed his professional in Diploma in Hotel management, Hospitality and catering operations from Rizvi College of Hotel Management in 2003. Currently he run a FOR restaurant and Agera Hospitality consultancy with multi international cuisine cooking and management talent.

He served as Guest service executive in the Butlers department in Taj Lands’ End - Mumbai for 2 years. Then he elevated himself in abroad in US and worked for The Royal Caribbean group for 18 + years where he experienced himself from Dining room manager to Maître D' for the Cruise.

Where he experienced to monitor all restaurant operations, ensure compliance to all standard for products and services and implement an efficient restaurant business plan to increase revenue for establishment. He played vital role as an enthusiastic manager with drive, determination and a proven ability to ensure that a restaurant operates efficiently and profitably. Having a track record of maximizing guest satisfaction and profitability whilst maintaining high standards of food and service and also present a positive and fashionable image of the business.
